Mr van Bavel has had 2 research papers accepted for presentation at the upcoming Annual Scientific meeting of the Australian Orthopaedic Association. The 1st paper shows there is no difference in survivorship of uncemented and polished cemented stems in hip replacements in young patients. The 2nd paper reviews the technique of Cement in Cement revision for hip replacement.
